1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Copperleaf Club website at https://yesclarkecounty.com (the “Site”) and the games shown on it (the “Games”). Creating an account or using the Site means you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

• You must be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live if that is higher.
• Select your country truthfully when you sign up. Rules about free games vary worldwide, and you are responsible for making sure that using the Site is lawful where you are. Please don't use it if it isn't.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What the Site is

Copperleaf Club offers free-to-play games for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service. Nobody can deposit, stake, win or withdraw money here, and there are no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value. Doing well in the Games doesn't mean you'd do well at real-money gambling.

4. Copper Coins

• Copper Coins are a pretend currency used only for play on the Site. Every new account starts with 100,000 Copper Coins, free of charge.
• Copper Coins have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, traded, passed to another account, exchanged for money, goods or services, or redeemed for anything.
• We may fix, adjust or remove balances to correct an error, deal with misuse or when an account is closed.
• You don't own Copper Coins, and they are deleted along with your account.

5. Accounts

• An account is optional, since the Games can be opened without one. If you create one, give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
• Choose a screen name that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate anyone and doesn't include personal contact details. Your screen name is the only name that may be shown to other players.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Five wrong password attempts block log-in for 15 minutes.
• You may delete your account whenever you want on the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't: use bots, scripts or tools to automate play or sign-ups; try to break, probe or overload the Site or the Games; exploit bugs; enter someone else's account; copy, scrape or resell the Site or the Games; or use the Site for anything unlawful or abusive.

7. The Games

The Games appear in frames on our pages, and each shows its own rules and controls. Games and features may change, pause or disappear at any time. We don't promise that any Game will always be available or free of errors.

8. Marketing emails

If you tick the box when signing up, we may email you about bonuses, new games and milestones. You can turn this off at any time by contacting us. Account and security emails, such as password resets, don't depend on that choice.

9. Our liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for loss caused by outages, errors or events outside our control, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited, or any consumer rights you have by law.

10. Ownership

The Site, its design, text, artwork and the Games belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play only.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

12. Updates

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
